3) No automatic client relationship
Submitting a form, sending a message, booking a call, or discussing a project does not automatically create a client relationship, partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or obligation for us to provide services.
A project engagement begins only when both parties agree to written project terms, such as a proposal, contract, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement.
4) Studio services
Our services may include, depending on the project:

- content structure and presentation.
The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, fees, revisions, ownership terms, support, and responsibilities for any project will be defined in a separate written agreement.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project.
