Summary:

Turbo Scanner converts grocery screenshots/photos into structured lists and provides search/matching.
Some features require Pro (subscription via Google Play).
You are responsible for the content you upload.

1) Acceptance

By using Turbo Scanner (package: org.tvoidom.turboscanner), you agree to these Terms.

The app provides recognition, list generation, and product search/matching. Some features may use server processing.

No account/login is required. Pro access may be associated with an app-scoped random device ID (UUID).

Billing: Pro is purchased via Google Play Billing inside the app.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play.
Manage/cancel: Google Play → Subscriptions.
Refunds: handled under Google Play policies.

Promo codes may grant Pro access under limited conditions and may expire or be revoked if abused.

Do not bypass paywalls, rate limits, or security controls.
Do not abuse the service (automation/excessive requests).
Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
Do not interfere with the app or backend (including attempts to reverse engineer or exploit).

You are responsible for screenshots/photos you upload. Do not upload sensitive personal data or third-party data without authorization.

Accuracy: recognition/matching may be imperfect; verify results.
Availability/prices: if shown, may be approximate and can change.
No affiliation: Turbo Scanner is not affiliated with retailers unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

We may suspend access for abuse/fraud/violations. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
